🔁 Replacement Policy (Only for Defective Product)

Replacement will be provided only if:

1. The product is physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

2. A clear unboxing video is recorded without pause or editing.

3. The video must show:

   • Sealed package

   • Complete unboxing process

   • Defective product clearly

4. The unboxing video must be recorded in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

❌ Replacement will NOT be accepted if:

• Unboxing video is missing or edited

• Damage is reported after delivery acceptance

• Issue is due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear
